Shipping Policy & Terms of Sale – Ozilo (Australia)

1. General — Agreement & Acceptance

  • By placing an order on Ozilo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale (including this Shipping Policy), our Privacy Policy, and any other relevant policy published on our website.

  • These terms apply to all purchases made through Ozilo, and form a legally binding contract between you (the buyer) and Ozilo (the seller).

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • After your payment is confirmed, we will process your order as soon as possible.

  • Unless otherwise specified at checkout, we aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

  • If payment or order verification takes longer (e.g. bank transfer, address verification), dispatch might be delayed — we will notify you in that case.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Zones

  • Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your delivery address, parcel size/weight, and chosen shipping method.

  • We ship to addresses within Australia only (unless we explicitly state otherwise).

  • Available shipping methods (couriers or postal services) will be shown at checkout. You may choose from standard delivery, express delivery (if applicable), or other available options.

  • For bulky or oversized items, special shipping rates or conditions may apply; these will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Time & Transit

  • Once your order is dispatched, delivery times vary depending on courier, location, and shipping method. Typical timeframes:

    • Metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days

    • Regional or remote areas: 5–10 business days (or as per courier’s published schedule)

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. External factors (weather, courier delays, high volume, public holidays) may cause delays.

5. Tracking & Delivery

  • Upon dispatch, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number (if provided by the courier).

  • You may use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

  • Please ensure the delivery address is correct. If you are not available at the time of delivery, couriers may leave the package at your risk (unless signature-on-delivery is required/requested).

6. Delivery Restrictions

  • We may be unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or post office boxes (depending on courier restrictions).

  • Some remote or rural areas may not be serviceable by certain couriers; in that case we will contact you for alternative address or shipping method.

7. International Shipping (if applicable)

  • At present, Ozilo ships to Australia addresses only.

  • If in future we decide to ship internationally, international shipping costs, customs, duties, taxes, and longer transit times will apply, and we will clearly communicate these details at checkout.

8. Risk & Title

  • The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you once the courier delivers the package to the delivery address (or leaves it as per “authority to leave” instructions).

  • You must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. If there is visible damage, you must notify us within 48 hours with photo evidence.

9. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds 

  • You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting support. After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.

  • For returns or refunds due to damage or courier error, please contact us with proof (photos, tracking info) within the timeframe specified in our Refund Policy.

  • Return shipping costs or conditions may vary depending on item, location, and cause; full details will be in our dedicated Refund & Returns Policy.

10. Liability & Limitations

  • We endeavour to provide accurate shipping estimates, but we are not liable for delays beyond our control (courier delays, natural disasters, customs, public holidays, etc.).

  • Our liability is limited to replacing or refunding the product value — we do not accept liability for indirect losses.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

11. Changes to Shipping Policy / Terms

  • Ozilo reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy / Terms at any time.

  • Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

  • Orders placed before the change will remain subject to the version active at the time of order.
